Highrise Property Management LLC is committed to protecting the boards and building owners we serve across New York City. All vendors and contractors must complete our compliance verification process prior to performing work at any Highrise-managed property.
Verification Requirements
To become an approved vendor, please submit:
- Corporate information
- Active trade license(s)
- Certificate of Insurance (including ACORD 855 form)
- Completed W-9
- Executed Vendor Agreement
- Annual compliance fee: $300
All vendors are screened for proper licensing, adequate insurance coverage, business credentials, and acceptance of our Code of Conduct.

- Visibility to all Highrise property managers
- Authorization to work at all managed properties
Vendor approval is valid for 12 months.
